At Zion, we stand behind the quality of our paddles.
Warranty
All Zion paddles, including the Lazarus Series I, come with a 1-month limited warranty covering manufacturing defects.
This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, cosmetic blemishes, or damage caused by misuse or hits to the ground/tough surfaces.
Warranty claims can be initiated by contacting us at
info@zionsport.in with proof of purchase.
Zion holds the sole discretion to determine whether a damaged paddle is covered under our warranty. Zion has the sole discretion to determine whether to replace or repair a paddle covered under our warranty. Replacement paddles are not covered under our warranty.
7-Day Return Policy
You have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible:
- The paddle must be unused, in the same condition as received, with original packaging and tags intact.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
To start a return, email
info@zionsport.in. If accepted, we’ll notify you by email with further instructions. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted. The cost of return will be borne by the consumer and deducted from the refund amount.
Refunds & Exchanges
Refunds are processed within 10 business days of receiving and inspecting your return.
If approved, the refund will be credited to your original payment method (please allow up to 15 business days for bank/credit card processing).
For exchanges, the fastest option is to return the item and place a new order once the return is approved.
Exceptions
- Used paddles, sale items, and gift cards are non-returnable.
- Custom or personalized items are not eligible for return.
